Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Curfashion USA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

  • Hygiene-specific items: (Optional addition: If you sell swimwear or undergarments, you should list them here as non-returnable for hygiene reasons).

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items that have been opened or show signs of use.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@curfashionusa.com and mail your item to:

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
